Paige is originally from Cheshire, Connecticut and is currently a senior at Penn State University majoring in Corporate Innovation/Entrepreneurship. Her leadership experience over the past six years has led me to become an aspiring Executive/Leadership Coach and Motivational Speaker. She feels most inspired when she is surrounded by her family and friends, and when she is anywhere near the ocean. Paige also loves blog writing, reading personal development books, podcast listening, and being active in the outdoors.

In another life, I’m pretty sure I was a…

surfer on a tropical island.

If I were a superhero, my superpower would be…

To have the ability to communicate with people of every single language.

The best piece of advice I’ve ever been given is…

In order to show up as our best and make the deepest impact on others, we must have the courage to be our most authentic, joyful, and brave version of ourselves that we can be. In other words, “Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate, it is that we are powerful beyond measure…and as we let our own light shine, we consciously give other people permission to do the same”- Marianne Williamson.

My favorite book that I’ve read over the last year is…

The Defining Decade by Meg Jay.

What advice would you give a candidate who wants to join our team of superstars?

Focus most on what value you want to add to the team, and have trust in that value. By having this trust in personal value, one is able to then add a great deal to the team while developing as a person and leader.

My top 5 Clifton Strengths are:

Relator, Ideation, Woo, Positivity, and Futuristic.
