WHAT IS STRENGTHS-BASED LEADERSHIP?


This workshop offers participants the tools to discover and actualize their strengths. While most performance conversations are oriented around managing and improving weaknesses, we’ll look at how the most successful performers focus on expanding and multiplying the impact of their strengths.

Gallup - the leadership analytics organization who focus extensively on strengths-based leadership - notes the that individuals who identify and understand their strengths are:
