FOUNDER, LEADERSHIP AND PERFORMANCE COACH
Sebastian is the founder of SLP where he partners with high-performing leaders and teams to optimize culture, close performance gaps, and unlock leadership potential. He has worked with clients across professional sports, non-profit, and corporate spaces.
Lucas is a striving polymath and a student-of-leadership dedicated to thought innovation and sustainability. He loves hunting for ‘the mess’, and seeking out problems where he feels he can add disproportionate value.
HOW IT ALL STARTED
Sebastian Little Performance was created during the mess of the global pandemic. When the world was doing its best to maintain stability, our team took a risk and decided to bet everything on ourselves and our vision. We knew the positive impact we could make on people’s lives, so why wait? There’s no better time than the present.
