Develop a championship-level culture and identity that correlates to winning in all facets of life. The program will focus on developing three core competencies - performance habits, leadership, and culture.

BUILDING A STRENGTHS-BASED LEADERSHIP TEAM

Ideal audience: Executive Leadership Teams

Utilizing the CliftonStrengths assessment, individual reflection, and interpersonal feedback, leadership teams get intimately close to their own, and their teammates innate greatness.

Duration: 3 months
